| Financial Statement: | CFO Tony Hallin reported that our checkbook balance to be $8906.41 | ||||||||||
| Minutes from the last meeting were read and approved with no corrections | |||||||||||
| Old business: | Our website has been updated to include a Thank you to everyone that has donated so far | Two checks were signed for the purchase of card supplies and stamps | |||||||||
| New business: | One new application for volunteer was received; Junk mail was read and approved to be destroyed; Request was received for help from the EC Riders Snowmobile club; Need thank you's to Land O'Lakes, Norseman Motorcycle Club and John Skillicorn; Minnesota Grant deadline 2/1/07; | Guest speaker was Adam Stout, director of Ambulance Services from Kanabec Hospital - Ambulance will replenish our O2 tanks, time allowing, from the ambulance; proposal for a joint venture with Sheriff's Office for KCFRT and Ambulance dispatching. | |||||||||
| Projects were assigned to individuals as follows: | Cheryl Blegen will contact Sheriff's Office and arrange a meeting with them and Granite City Electronics for communication update; Look thru Onegozie grant opportunities; draft a letter to update applicants; come up with ad idea for thank you in paper. | Tony Hallin will contact Greg Nikodym regarding getting together to help with Grant writing; check business letters for suitablity to use as township letters; print merge letters for pull tab operations; set up new thank you card format; check protocols for signature page and get to Dr. Hussain; create a release of information form; come up with idea for thank you in paper | Kelly Caswell will contact Randy regarding end of year tax forms (State); test background check websites; come up with thank you idea for the paper. | ||||||||
