| Meeting was called to order at 1640 by Cheryl Blegen. | |||||||||||

| Financial Statement: | CFO Tony Hallin reported on our checkbook balance and that it has balance with the bank Statement. | ||||||||||
| Minutes from the last meeting were read and approved with no corrections | |||||||||||
| Old business: | Onegozie Grant opportunities reported by Kelly and Cheryl, are going slow, lots of dead ends; Pull Tab Organizations, reported by Kelly, as too many and narrow range as specific lending area's; Ad was decided on to go with a color ad in the Advertiser; | Applicant update letters are done as reported by Tony; Volunteer app's still need to be done by Tony; Website ammendments are done; A new volunteer application was received as reported by Tony. | |||||||||
| New business: | Putting Banner Links on our website was discussed and approved to do; The Kanabec Hospital has added a link to our website on theirs; Police station handheld radio's were reported by Kelly as being UHF and of no use to us; A donation was received by Pokegama Lake Association; Cheryl reported that Linda at her husbands work is checking for radios for us and also gave her some links to AED grants; | Cheryl reported that a Thank you card has been sent to Pokegama Lake Association; The Board made the finalized ad revisions; It was reported by Tony that there has been no report from Dr. Hussain on our Protocols as of today; It was discussed and decided that we should be represented in the Parade this year. | |||||||||
| Projects were assigned to individuals as follows: | Cheryl Blegen will bring township letters to Sheriff's Reserve meeting for representation; continue working on grants and AED links; secure a parade spot for us. | Tony Hallin will check previous minutes for Policy information and bring to next meeting; print 12 copies of township letters for Cheryl; add adendum to volunteer application; verify that website is thanking "pre 501c3" donors; draw up final thank you ad and get to Kelly by Friday. | Kelly Caswell will check out Braham Moose Lodge for a website re: pull tab donation area's example; check with EMP on pricing also check with Randy from hospital re: purchases; check with Randy re: fair booth process; ask Kanabec Publications about logo's and deadline; ask her mom re: ad look and suggestions; continue working on grants. | ||||||||
