| Financial report: Not Presented | Old Business:Meeting with Deputies went well; Run sheets are working; T-shirts and Ambu bags given to those that had not yet gotten them; Pampered Chef Fundraiser should bring in $108 + $117; Glucometers were tabled til next meeting; Vests have been ordered, hats were also discussed;We will be becoming our own training center soon; Radios from the Sheriff's office were discussed. | New Business:Jeff Anderson talked about the "Armer" system meeting to be held in the courthouse on October 30th at 6:30pm; It was announced Dr.Johnson will be our new Medical Director; Jackets were discussed; Upcoming events were discussed: Home Show in April, Game Fair in the summer, Vasalopett in February, Wrestling tournament on 1/11/09; With the Cold weather, remember to bring in your equipment; There will be a Hybrid car class (in lieu of next month's meeting) on November 13th at 1800-2000 at the hospital; Discussion on a Public Safety Communication Meeting; Heartcart fundraiser (15 min. AED Classes); Cathy D. will check into some nasal airways; Discussion for a letter regarding equipment/policy change about wearing our shirts if you are not a first responder; Troupe can get magnetic signs for us. | |||||||||
