Meeting minutes of the 5/23/2006 meeting were read and approved with no corrections. |
| New business: |
Donations were discussed and listed as follows: Gerald Schmidt - $50.00 ; Robert Woods - $20.00 bringing total donations to date of $70.00. |
Discussion was brought up that an account should be opened for the business. |
Meeting with Jere Bartz was discussed. We need to fill out form 1023 and 8718 and have Jere look over and send in by 7/1/06. |

Tony Hallin is set to do the Radio Interview with KBEK on June 19, 2006 at 0730. |
Cheryl Blegen and Kelly Caswell are set to meet with the Sheriff's Reserves on June 12, 2006 at 1830. |
| Projects were assigned to individuals as follows: |
Cheryl Blegen will check with Larry Bryant regarding a booth (dunk tank?) at the Kanabec County Fair; find out what the responsibilities of the officers are regarding the NIMS testing; Check with OFR regarding their repeater; distribute ads to stores (Tony to print out a dozen). |
Kelly Caswell will talk with Randy Ulseth at the hospital regarding materials managements stance on assistance; Check into a First Responder Instructor class; Generate the outline for the meeting on the 26th. |
Tony Hallin will change the website to reflect current and archived meeting minutes; Check with the Mora Fire department regarding their repeater in town; Talk with Dianne S. at the hospital regarding First Responder training; Work on a township letter and our letterhead/logo |
