| Meeting was called to order at 1800 by Cheryl Blegen. |

Changes to Protocols as follows: Change the D.O.A. protocol & Childbirth protocol (initial care of the newborn section). |

Meeting Schedule was set for Board Members: 9/13/06 Meet with Keith Thelen from Kanabec Systems re: Repeater/radio equipment. |
9/19/06 Meet with Greg Nikodym for the Minnesota Comprehensive Safety Program. |
9/26/06 Meet with Kanabec County for Weapons of Mass Destruction awareness training. |
| 10/10/06 Meet with Kanabec County Public Health for Emergency Preparedness committee. | Report was given by Tony Hallin on meeting Larry Nelson from Onanegozie, very good meeting and hopefully some location for funding will be developed; Junk mail was read and voted to be destroyed; we spoke about organizations that match funds during fundraisers; it was decided to add a link on the website to our Times article; Kelly has about 100 addresses so far for us to send out requests for money; it was decided to hold off on another informational meeting until we have some funding or more information. |

Cheryl Blegen will get any information on Policy and Procedures, review training center requirements. |
Tony Hallin will get any info on Policy & Procedures, get protocols typed and to Dr.Hussain for approval, add link to website, review training center requirements. |
Kelly Caswell will get any info on Policy & Procedures, copy to other board members training center requirements, review training center requirements. |
